Patrick and his crew did a really nice job on the base for my workshop, which also included a path and an access gate, the size of the base was quite big at 8 x 4.5M they came on time did a great job for which I can highly recommend them, they were friendly hard working, nothing was to much trouble for them, I will be using them again if i need anything else within their skill set. Thanks Patrick, excelent job.

I am writing this hoping that Patrick will read this and get back to me. He is not responding to my calls or messages. Patrick repaired a downspout for me on a property and has not gone back to the job as it is still leaking and it is leaking in through the house. He promised me he would go back and this was at Christmas time. Every time he comes up with a different reason or excuse as to why he could not attend. I fear that I will have to pay someone else to come and we do the job properly. Despite saying that there is an extended guarantee and any problems he would immediately come back he has failed to do. Patrick also said you don't pay until you are happy but then when the job is finished he started pressurising me for the money immediately saying you have to pay the boys. I have tried to give him a chance to come back and rectify the job but it still isn't sorted. Very upset and disappointed. Patrick if you want to come back and sort out the guttering I can update this review.

Job on semi detached house originally looked OK. Despite having to pay £600 more for felt evgard trays we paid Patrick. He said he could not have known these were needed when quoting. So asked him to do our bungalow and he quoted £3500 but again on starting he said we needed felt gard and this time it should be £800 but he would do it for £600. We queried this as we were certain we asked having had the problem last Tim but Patrick said we didn't. We eventually compromised at £300.. Being a bungalow it was easier to inspect the work each day and the following morning point out what we were unhappy with. When it came to the last day there were still things we wouldn't accept and told Patrick that we would not pay till they were sorted. Missing areas of the felt gard. Roof tiles glued back in position with globs of clear mastic. A gap in white soffit filled with black sealant. Patrick attended to most but grudgingly and gruingly we paid. We asked for a receipt but weeks later Patrick has not sent one despite promising to do so. We had ask Patrick to quote to reptile the roof at the original property but he said he would do no more work for us. We got two other roofing companies to quote and both told us they were appalled with the work that Patrick had done fitting the soffits and fascias and sent us photos. We sent these to Patrick so he could sort them out but again eeks later he has not. He is now ignoring our messages. So much for his 10year guarantee Any reply Mr Quinn

Good job overall. Patrick was very professional and he and his team did a very neat job. As I couldn't be at the property while the work took place he took pains to send me regular updates with photos and videos of the work which I really appreciated. Would hire again.

responded quickly. competitive price. i was not at the property so patrick sent several videos showing the ongoing work and describing what was going out. did a proper job including fixing a previous roofers botched work
