A very unjust review and after 10 years as a plumbing and heating engineer, we’ve never had a bad review. Sadly this customer felt we didn’t allocate enough time to pander to additional works pushed on us regarding a washing machine, when we were hired to service a boiler. We carried our the service professionally, looked at the washing machine FREE of charge and quoted to return to fix said washing machine pipework. We couldn't have been any more professional, and I am sure our record across many platforms confirm this. We are sorry you felt our service was not up to scratch, but sadly we do not work for free. The job included fixing terrible workmanship from pervious plumbers. Terry is not the cheapest, but money well spent for quality of workmanship. He has restored our faith in plumbers. Highly recommend.
