    fix leak in top corner of front room from roof/render

    chris gave a fair and accurate appraisal of the front porch roof, and came and replaced it 2 days after. standard of work is excellent, on time and on budget, no problem. chris is an experienced and honest tradesman, all round good bloke too. wouldn't hesitate to recommend highly - mike, n17

    Detached garage leaking from pitched tiled roof

    Leaking roof

    Would definitely recommend StayDry. I spoke to Chris on the Friday. He came round on Saturday morning to take a look. I received the quote on the Monday morning and then he came round on the Tuesday morning and did the work. The quote seemed reasonable and we have not had any problems since.

    Roofer and handyman
    Chris arrived promptly, was very polite and carried out the repairs very efficiently. Chris was very pleasant and I would definitely hire him again.

    Re-pionting, re-flaunching of chimney stack
    Chris was prompt on the job and was prepared to be flexible with the work, providing useful suggestions on potential solutions. He also completed some additional roof repairs at no extra cost. The attention to detail was, however, a little lacking although when asked, Chris did make sufficient alterations. Overall, I would say that the quality of the work is fair for the price paid.

    Loft storage conversion

    Feedback re: Storage loft conversion Chris did a very good job. He took into account our suggestions and explained to us in details what option we had. He responded very quickly to our request, he came on time and finished one day earlier. Job done: Excellent! I would positively recommend Chris.

    Fit chimney caps to x4

    Great work by Chris and Terry. Would definetly recommend them to anyone. Job was a little more complicated than thought but both persevered and got the job done, Chris even cut back back some horrible bush's on his way up. Very polite and tidy. Some of the best tradesman I've used. Will def be using them again needed

    Replace some broken roof tiles
    Chris was happy to do a small job replacing five broken tiles on my roof. He did a thorough job, charged me a competitive price and was very easy to deal with. I will use Chris again for any similar work to my roof.
