Tyler and his team done a fantastic job and completed on time and within budget and I will be using him and his team again

Tyler was the first person to quote for a job to render part of the front of my house and was very competitive vs a previous quote I had been given (away from MyBuilder). He came by the following week and did a great job. Very pleased, would definitely recommend.

Very happy with the rendering work mainly done on the front corner of the house where some damp ingress has occurred. All cracks have been opened and filled and also window reveals have been repaired. Work was completed professionally and efficiently with the area kept tidy and all debris removed. Cost was reasonable and I would happily recommend and use TR Property Maintenance for future work on our 1930s semi. Thanks Tyler!

Tyler and his fella's did a great job of rendering and pebble dashing my house. They were very tidy, communicated well and finsihed ahead of schedule. I have no hesitation recommending TR Properrty Maintenance and will use them again.

Tyler Rawlings was very professional and friendly as were all his team in carrying out the work I requested .The estimate for the work was very good. The team were very good at not only sheeting my area but covering my neighbours garden plants as well. The plastering and pebble dashing work can be difficult when the weather is good but they did a really terrific job sometimes battling inclement weather. MY THANKS TO THEM. Bill.
