Small damp patch in living room.
Very good worker, never stopped from the moment he arrived, just got on with the job. Although the job was a messy one he completed it with the minimum amount of fuss, would highly recommend him to everybody.

Damp patches in living room
Couldn't have asked for more from Sol: gave a great price, didn't even ask for more money when the job was a bit bigger than expected, turned up on time, conscientious and a nice guy. If he isn't busy hire him.

Damp under upvc door in living room
Sol arranged a visit and explained what work was needed and why. He provided a competitive quote the same day. He turned up on time and completed the job to a high standard. He left the house and garden in a clean and tidy state. He's a friendly guy and I would highly recommend him to others.

Damp patch on bottom of wall
Sol was fantastic, came out to quote quickly and did the work within a few days. He did everything he said he would and left the area nice and tidy. Very pleased with the work, would happily use again.

Complete refurbishment of an 1800's semi detached victorian house. The work involved the following; damp-proofing, plastering and rendering, installation of cavity wall ties, replacement of floor joists and floor boards throughout the property, painting and decorating, kitchen and bathroom refurbishment, installation of rsj's and lintles.
Carried out work to high standard and were very reasonable with their quote, highly recommended
