Pat and his team - Ben, Corey (& Max!) were extremely professional, polite at all times and very hard working from start to finish - they worked well into the evening almost every day. The job was very challenging at times (due to a variety of reasons) but Pat always persevered to overcome obstacles and achieve the best possible result. He communicated with us clearly at all times and we always knew what to expect, so there were never any ‘hidden surprises’. We had to make a number of unplanned changes as the work progressed, but Pat took everything in his stride and gave some great suggestions. The completed job is far better than we could ever have imagined and we wouldn’t hesitate to ask them to work for us again in the future. We highly recommend Pat & his team. Kim & Shaun Allen

Pat Moloney & his team carried out the work at our property. Always turned up when he said they would & kept us up to date & informed. I can't praise them enough, they turned an unusable sloped garden into an excellent off road parking area. It was a very challenging project, due to the incline they were working on and the wet weather didn't help, making the terrain quite slippy at times. A great bunch of lads, polite & always a smile whatever the weather or challenge. Many thanks to Pat, Benny (& Max), Corey & John. Would definitely hire again & highly recommend them to others. Had front driveway conversion completed recently by Total Property Solutions and I am outstanded by their service, time keeping and quality of the work. The work required quite a lot of excavation, building of retaining walls, paving, drop kerb and much more. Very friendly family who can't do enough and have years of experience in the trade. Pat was contactable anytime of day and always happy to keep me updated on progress. I will definetly use Total Property Solutions again in the future. Many thanks to all of you.

I wanted a level lawn on a garden which sloped in every direction downwards to the house. I wanted trellis to provide a screen from house to upper lawn summerhouse. I did not want any bricks, but new sleepers to act as retaining walls as well as saised beds. Sleepers also acted as steps up to the lawn and as seats for any party guests for b.b.q's. Everything I wanted was achieved by Mr. James Moloney and his men. They were hard workers, courteous, respectful, obliging, friendly, clean workers, tidy and safe. They were also very respectful. I can honestly say that I can highly recommend them to you.
