I had damp and mould problems in various areas and a lot of condensation in the loft. Terry came and did a thorough inspection inside and outside. Recommended ventilated tiles, fixing the felt with supporting trays to let the water better drain in the gutter. After accepting the quote, he started the job only after a few days to wait for better weather conditions and completed it in 1 and a half days as initially stated. Loft now is nice and dry, mould killed and walls dry and ready to be repaint. Recommended
