Even though they did a good job on repairing and sealing around the dorm windows the leak wasn’t fixed. It seems we will have to further investigate where it’s coming from. It seems a mystery.Answer from tradesperson:
Hi Helena Thanks for the review. This was done two years ago under a temporary repair and was told by the customer it might not work. It was a GIP fibreglass dormer but a prone for leaking.

Terry came to inspect. He offered a competitive price for this work compared to other quotes. He also offered multiple solutions to include extra work on the other part of the garage. As an optional. This was very helpful and allowed us to make the right decision based upon budget vs lifetime. They were able to fit us in promptly and they stayed in contact before the job started. Day of the job they arrived on time and started. No problems! Lots of hard work and by the end of the week the roof is looking proper! Competitive rates, turn up on time, deliver as expected and invoice only when the work is done to satisfaction. They’re also great blokes. Plan to use them again soon and wouldn’t bother going elsewhere at this point
