Did a great job for a very competitive price. Alwyn delivered as promised, job was completed within the week and I’m very pleased with all work completed. A few post job very minor issues, where resolved very quickly within the same day of contacting Alwyn. It is so reassuring when tradesmen return to fix a problem without hassle . I contacted Alwyn about the repointing of the roof valleys on my property, he arrived within 1/2 hour to look at the job quote a price and start date. The two lads came 2 days later on time and were very friendly and good company while working on the roof. Apart from the valleys they repointed a chimney and the ridge tiles and added dry verge caps which smartened up the look of the property. I would be happy to recommend Total Roof Repairs for a good and efficient service.

Alwyn has a fantastic team of lads who sorted out my roof and front porch roof. The main roof and front bay is now watertight - free of water leaks. Replaced broken slates, repointed ridge, chimney stack, flashing around the chimney. Alwyn gave me a competitive quote the next day, he was transparent and started in a matter of days. He kept me up to date all the way - his team came on time. The team started in the early hours, and finished in the afternoon. The workmanship was brilliant - they were on top of the roof in the hot baking sun. I strongly recommend Alwyn for any roofing job, no job big or small, you won't be disappointed. Absolute brilliant job. kept informed every step of the way being told what was being done and why. Anthony and Brendan worked none stop , both pleasant and proffessional. As we live on a busy main road several people stopped and clearly impressed by the job as it progressed. I am very happy with the completed effect it looks lovely. Overall workmanship is fist class, a superb job. Thanks to Alwyn too who organised everything perfectly.

A really brilliant tradesman just had our roof / gable end fully repaired by Alwyn and his team of workmen also replaced cast iron guttering both back and front also did repairs to main roof both back and front they have done a fantastic job and due to us having water come through when raining they came and quoted ( free quote ) and once i had accepted they completed all the work in just 2 days took away all the rubbish just brilliant i would reccomend Alwyn of TOTAL FASCIA TOTAL ROOF REPAIRS to everyone in county Durham ( this job done in Shildon ) regards cliff
