Great set of lads, actually discovered a major issue of rotten wood when replacing the gable ends but did the work at my request. They showed me the rotten wood 1st and it was bad, plus missing felt so now I have a safe, water tight roof and new guttering etc. They even replaced a broken tile free they discovered. Price was better than what I expected for the work done over 3 days.

Mr mulvenna was very polite and proffesional got a great quote and job was done following day work was 1st class very happy would deffinatley use totalfaciareplacement.co.uk again will pass on his info to my freinds.

Always use Alywn and his boys fixed the roofs on my properties. Had missing slates due to the recent storm and misalignments. Ridging and pointing. They came to the rescue again. They did a fantastic job as always, on time, and I would definitely recommend them. Thumbs up especially carrying the work on New Years Day.

I posted my job and Alwyn contacted me right away and arranged a time the same day to come and give me a quote. Alwyn attended promptly at the time he said he would and explained what. Needed doing and gave me a very competitive quote. I agreed to accept the quote and the 2 lads came to do the work they attended on time Completed the job to a high standard and cleared away once they where finished. I had the ridge tiles repointed, lifted tiles reset and replaced where necessary. The team also took all rubbish away. Overall, I’m very happy with Alwyn and his team. Work was completed in a timely manner and Alwyn explained the job well.
