Phoned up and went to the house to investigate, even though I was away at work. Made correct diagnosis and repaired problem very quickly. This was more impressive when you consider that it was the gutter on a three storey townhouse. Asked if he could also do minor repair on drain pipe at back of house. This was also done at no extra cost. There was a slight problem that I noticed, but they returned next day and sorted it straight away. Would recommend with no hesitation.
