Alwyn and his team showed up as agreed on time. Fixed the leaking gutters and tested right In front of my eyes. Also fixed the chimney cap on for me. Very pleased with their workmanship. Alwyn Mulvenna of Total fascia total roof repairs quoted an excellent price for repairs for our roof, including caps for gable ends and clearing our guttering. The guys showed us the decay of felt on the repair day that could lead to water damage and lose ridge tiles. There was no pressure for the work to be done and a need for a formal quote from Alwyn. Alwyn came around and quoted, and again no pressure. I decided for the extra work to go ahead. The guys were great and very professional. The gable ends look great. I am very happy with the work. I would highly recommend the company and will be using them again.
