Quick and efficient work, but did decide to messily cut through original victorian floorboard which we were planning to keep + have exposed. To be fair I hadnt said dont cut them, but as I was on site would have expected a quick check or at least neater cut.

Tony did the job as promised, he disposed of all the old materials and I am pleased with the standard of his work.

Fantastic! Communication was first class as was the service. Called to let me know he was running late because of the traffic. When he arrived he didn't hesitate to show me his Gas Safe ID handing it over for a full 360 degree inspection. Checked my boiler pointed out the problems and fixed what he could there and then. Arranged another appointment on Saturday to fix the other issue. He cleaned up the mess and was considerate at all times. He also checked a couple of other issues for me. All in all Tony is a very nice, reliable down to earth guy. It's no little wonder he gets so much positive feedback. Thank you so much Tony.
