I hired this man to install a combi boiler. I was not happy with the job. The pipes had been run in a highly visible place as opposed to being unobtrusive and, more importantly, were leaking water. I contacted Tony to tell him that I was not happy, his response was that it was too much work to rectify. He then hung up. I went back to the house the following day to find a gas leak, which resulted in me having to hire another boiler expert to rectify. I found Tony to be quite aggressive in his dealings with me and I would not therefore recommend his services.Answer from tradesperson:
This lady did not hire myself for this job and took it upon herself to accept that I won this job. MyBuilder have not telephoned me as they advised they would to discuss this matter and therefore I am thoroughly disgusted with the way this has been dealt with. I had previously quoted £800 for this job to be done and apparently it has been completed for £700. I would not have completed this job for £700. I have been an excellent tradesman for Mybuilder for 2 years now and have built up a very good profile. This is not the way I should be treated for having given mybuilder customers satisfaction in previous jobs. Not handled professionally and STILL awaiting response from this website.

Did not complete job he was paid for. I was told that plumbing was non standard so not able to do plumbing in of washing machine and sink. Discovered later that the pipes were readily available in the shops. I actually purchased standard parts and a general tradesman fitted them in no time. Fitted gas hob but unable to complete installation as unable to wire the ignition. Worth bearing in mind, if anyone is considering having a hob installed because thiswill mean 2 tradesmen are required to fit 1 hob.Answer from tradesperson:
This lady was a complete joker. Had already had cowboy builders in. No radiators supplied or other materials as stated in job description.Was not a standard sink. If these were standard why were these not sourced prior to job commencing. I did not agree to wire hob in as nowhere to wire in. Should have been a straightforward job but made complicated but customer.
