T&N home improvements reviews (181)

Very pleased with Tom and his team. They did an excellent job replacing all of the soffits, fascias and gutters and also a small porch-like covering over the front bay window. During the installation they noticed a small leak on the roof and sorted that at no extra cost. They also painted the soil pipe from the bathroom to match the new gutters and fall pipes. Very Friendly and polite, and a good price as well. They were very tidy and cleared up and took away all of the old materials. We are very pleased with the result and would recommend them to anyone.

Really pleased with the job done. Excellent service he came when he said he would to do the quote, which was a good price and came to do the job when he said he would. We were away when they did the job but came back to lovely shiny new sofits, guttering and fascias and everything was left tidy and cleaned up. Had a couple of questions along the way and Tom responded immediately and was always helpful and polite. Some of our neighbors watched the work in progress and were impressed enough to hire them to do theres. I would definitely recommend.

Prompt action and completed to estimate.

Good communication, job completed quickly, fuss free & cleared up after themselves. Would definitely use again.

Thomas came out to do a fault on a previous matter and soon after another fault occurred seperate to the first ... Thomas and is team were happy to come out and complete the works and on both occasions done exceptional work so can't fault Thomas or this company and thank you for your help. I would be happy to hire again.

Posted the job and knew it was about a days work . Tom came within a few days of posting the job and gave a quote we thought was very reasonable . Job completed within a few days . The work was done to a high standard and Tom and the crew were polite, professional and left the site clean and tidy . Would recommend 👍

My first review of T&N improvements was positive as they appeared to have done a good job but it was all cosmetic. I had fascias, guttering and roof repairs. The guttering has since leaked and I have had to reattach two brackets that they forgot to screw in. The roof has continued to leak. I managed to eventually get them back to site after a lot of missed appointments to attempt another repair. The roof is still leaking. I am now going to get another roofing company in to put it right.

Work completed. Looks good.

Had a leak coming through into the house and needed the valleys and ridges repointing. Tom and his team were able to fit me in the following week. There was a miscommunication due to the strange shape of our terraced cottage, however Tom came back without hesitation to ensure it was all completed. Would definitely recommend!

Great team to remove gutters and it’s accompanying bits Fast efficient and clean work dealt with extra issues and helpful Great work looks crisp and clean. Recommended yes.
