We hired Tom to fix our roof back in September. When they were taking down the scaffolding, they dropped a scaffolding pole and damaged our front door. Tom took full responsibility for the damage and said he will replace the broken door. However, 4 months later, the door has not yet been replaced. Every time we contacted Tom we got empty promises and excuses as to why he hadn't done it yet. Now he is ignoring us. I am heavily pregnant and this is causing me a great deal of stress. Would not recommend.

Polite & professional crew, helpful knowledge and suggestions. Carry their own scaffold so far less hassle for neighbours in our narrow terraced street as job completed and scaffold back down in 3 hours. Pleased with work and would happily hire again!

Was a bit concerned when I first invited Tom to the job as I noticed he did have one negative feedback but he came early this morning like arranged and carried the work out to a excellent standard we already had the materials and it didn’t take tom and he’s team long to have the job completed. Over the moon with the way the jobs looks. We would really recommend t&n home improvements and will defiantly be using them again in the future thanks very much Tom

Tom cane out to quote me for my damaged fence panels which I was wanting done ASAP . He managed to fit me in the next day doing an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Left everything clean and tidy and will defiantly be using again . Highly recommend.

Tom and his team carried out a number of maintenance and repair jobs on my house. They did a great job and worked efficiently. They were also able to fit in an additional job that I noticed needed doing while they were there. I would certainly recommend and I would hire them again.

Tom came immediately and fitted a new join for us also gave the gutters a clean he was very clean and well mannered would use again thanks very much

The job was shoddy and when I tried to contact them they said they would come back to have a look, now they are ignoring the phone. Would not recommend.

Communication with Tom was always very prompt and very clear. He assessed the job for free and actually made a few minor repairs during the assessment. A price and date for the work was clearly agreed and Tom stuck to it. The repair was done in a very professional and tidy way, with minimum disruption to the house occupants. He provided loads of photos of the work done and guaranteed his work. I will definitely use Tom again - in fact he is currently assessing another small job for me. Steve - Feizor, Settle.
