We were working to a very tight time frame on tiling the kitchen floor before a new kitchen was fitted. The fitters did an excellent job the floor looks amazing and they were very friendly and polite. Left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended would definitely use again.

We hired Paul on the 28th of August. It was a difficult project but everything seemed to go well. It took Paul longer than expected to complete the job, when he had part of the hall to do he asked to be paid. I did, and also gave him an extra £60 to cover some of his extra time. However when we saw the result we were disappointed. Paul had rushed the end of the job and left a battered and bent trim strip around the inset mat, which looked awful.(Paul had banged the front door into it as it had been measured incorrectly.) The strip also had a gap where it joined the other piece. The tiles in the hall also were't great with uneven gaps. Paul promised to come back to put this right and eventually got to us at the beginning of November. He apologized and brought flowers which was thoughtful. He took the tiles up and replaced them and the job looked okay. However when I finished washing the grout off I noticed that there was a gap in the trim strip, it was too short! I contacted Paul and he said he would bring a piece to join on (He hasn't) I didn't know how I'd do this without taking the tiles up. The other trim strip was also backwards and the tiles weren't great. We however decided to just live with the work as I know Paul had family problems at the time. We were going to leave things as they were but, just a few weeks later all of the new tiles he replaced has come loose and we have had no choice but to take them up. So disappointed, we're looking for another tiler.
