The two things that stood out for us were his help and guidance about costs up front, and the quality of his work. Before the work started, Tommy gave us a quote covering all the potential costs, including worst case scenarios, and discussed with us ways to bring the costs down.This enabled us to plan and budget realistically, and meant there were no nasty surprises. We admired and appreciated his honesty. And the quality of the finished work was excellent. There were a couple of problems during the project to do with our property that Tommy turned into clever and beautifully-crafted solutions and the end result was better than we had planned for.
