Excellent work: neat, efficient, and friendly, and at a very competitive price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tuan (and have already done so to one of my friends). I would certainly use him again for any other sash window work. He was able to come round one evening after work which saved me having to take time off (much appreciated) and he left the flat spotless after he'd finished. Thank you Tuan.

Hired to replace 2 panes of glass in my sash window. Arrived as arranged, very good work and very respectful of the property and tidy; refurbed a few extra parts of the window for me while there for the same price. Highly recommended.

Quick appointment, punctual, very polite. Tuan fixed the broken sash cord for the lower window and then corrected the weights for the upper window without being asked and for the same price. He was quick and clean. I was very impressed and would certainly use him again and recommend him.
