Amazing job!

The team communicated clearly and timely, acted with integrity and independently making the installation smooth. The team adapted their methods and process to accommodate the land and challenges without the need for oversight or direction. The materials used were of good quality and provided good value for money.

I would not hesitate to recommend Jack and the Fence family. From the outset they ensured good communication and quoted a very fair price for the removal of an old, ivy covered fence and gate, and replacing it with a 6ft close board fence above double concrete gravel boards, with tongue and groove gate and lock. Working alongside a public footpath, co-ordinating their work with tree surgeons removing a 50+ foot tree - nothing fazed this team and we are delighted with the result.

Despite being 150 miles away Jack of 'The Fence Family' replied promptly, he quickly understood just what I wanted and responded with a fair and appropriate quotation which very much mirrored what I had in my mind. His timings were always accurate and as a 'distant' customer he kept me fully informed every step of the way. We were exceptionally pleased with the job that they did which was carried out quickly, on time, as described and without any fuss or trouble. I would very much recommend them to anyone.

After seeking several quotes to replace double driveway gates & pedestrian gates, I engaged the Fence Family & am so glad I did. The fence family are quick. efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. They installed a new gate and 40 meters of chain link fencing Cleared away the boundary which over grown to install the fence. Removed all the old fencing and foliage. Text me day before to confirm they be stating the job. I love the design of the gates. Am very pleased with how the fencing looks.
