Kris did a thorough job and as an extra offered to install a carbon monoxide detector alarm at a good price. He was helpful and polite. I would use him again no problem,

Kris was a lovely gentleman and extremely diligent and hard working . He responded to my request and came to assess job the very same day and started work the next. He was able to identify a very serious fault a previous tradesman had not identified .He replaced my boiler and he worked extremely hard to ensure my daughter and I had heating that evening . His work was professional and dilligent and he charged a fair price . I found him to be reliable and trustworthy with good work ethic , also very clean and tidy . He also returned to my house a few days later to ensure all was in order and deliver boiler guarantee . I would have no hesitation in recommending him and I will most definitely hire again and would recommend

Kris was friendly and helpful in fixing leaks in my radiators that would otherwise have done undetected. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for a plumber.

Came in amd fixed the problem with no fuss or mess

Kris was very courteous and knowledgeable. Though he couldn't make it for the original appointment due to rushhour traffic, he came the very next day at a pre agreed time even though it was a Saturday and identified the fault quickly. It took a few days to get the parts and change it but there was another issue after he left and Kris offered to come again very late in the night to fix it straightway. The boiler was old and he recommended getting a new one instead of conituining repairs which was a fair point . His quote was reasonable, but not the cheapest. The only one thing that I can think of he could have done better was to better inform me of the options (repair vs new boiler) and the possibility that repairs might not be enough so that I didnt waste money on the repair he did, probably nobody could have guessed that. He also texted me back a few days later to check if the boiler is working. Overall I'm happy with the work he did and his recommendations.

Kris was very efficient and had no problem fixing my tenants gas boiler also he replaced a faulty tap for another tenant. Would definitely use Kris again. LK
