Kris was beyond fantastic. Due to move out of our flat and on the morning we were meant to leave our old boiler failed. This caused a huge amount of worry as the new buyers would have no heating and could have pulled out of the sale as a result. Kris came in the morning and saw the distress it caused. He dropped everything and went to the suppliers to buy the new boiler. He started fitting around 1pm and worked through to 8pm to ensure the new boiler was fitted, safety checked and working perfectly. Kris was an extremely efficient and quick worker and very reasonably priced too, especially considering the urgency of the job. We can't thank you enough Kris. Without a doubt we will be calling you again for any boiler work we need doing in the new home. All the best! Dominic & Donna

Very quickly replied to my job request, came that evening and repair done also carried out a boiler service, which was nore thorough than services carried out before. Also gas leak found that has been there for a while as wrong connector on pipes and reported immediately. Kept in touch following this to ensure gas board had made leak safe. Would 100% recommend.

Very fast and friendly service. Quoted one dsy and job was completed the next. Very tidy work. Explained everything required and made sure I was updated at each step.

I would absolutely recommend Kris for any boiler and heating related work. I posted the job about my boiler making very loud and worrying noises on the Thurs evening and he came out to investigate on the Fri. He explained very clearly what the issue was and how he would be able to sort it. He was very polite, helpful and considerate re any possible mess as he worked. He happily wore a mask as I have a vulnerable person at home. The job was completed quickly, the boiler is working well and quietly and Kris demonstrated how much more efficient the radiators were after he had worked on them. Kris' fees were very reasonable and his work was worth the money. I'll be hiring him every year to service the boiler.

We had a problem with our ageing boiler, Kris was able to come out quickly to diagnose and fix the problem at a reasonable price. He was punctual,and professional and recommended some things to keep it running a bit longer. Would definitely call him again.

Kris fitted a new combi boiler for me and has done a fantastic job, very professional, reliable and tidy. I was so impressed with his thoroughness and for a really great price considering the amount of work that was done. Also a genuinely lovely guy!
