Kris was excellent throughout. Two separate flats, two completely renewed bathrooms and one totally refitted kitchen, every detail from sunken ceiling lights right down to kitchen unit floor-lights, and including new flooring and wall & floor tiling. Kris arrived on time to assess the jobs and then supplied VERY detailed and separate quotations for each room, individually itemising costs for ALL materials (even including grouting and adhesive!) and with a separate price for labour of each. Absolutely transparent, which made it so much easier to amend for agreed amendments as the jobs progressed and later for the final payment. Working with Kris was easy, just tell him EXACTLY what you want and he'll do it. He also made some very good suggestions as we went along, but in any event, if there was any doubt about something, he'd always verify with me first - easy! Kris and his workmate worked right through every day from before 9am until around 5.30-6pm, including coming in on Saturday because he was concerned our agreed changes might cause slippage to the targeted completion date. Without exception the overall finish and detail was truly excellent, both flats are now "glossy home-magazine quality"! And all in the region of 20-25% £££'s LESS than most of the other quotes we were given! I'll have no hesitation contracting Kris to undertake other jobs, and possibly wouldn't even bother to initially get other quotes - perhaps just afterwards, for comparison!

Kris did a wonderful job on our bathroom and guestroom. We live in a late nineteenth-century tenement in the West End of Glasgow and he worked with me to ensure that the updates made were sensitive to the period of the building. He happily used the recycled materials that I'd gathered and the end result is superb. He was always on time and the price was reasonable. We are absolutely delighted with the work he did and would highly recommend him. We will also get him back to do anything else with our flat!

Kris & Mikael I give a highly recomended 10/10, excellent guys and tradesmen, superb job they done refitting my whole kitchen.Started last Monday said it would take 1 week it did,gave a price the price qouted was the price charged.We gave them a key to come and go as they needed, very trustworthy and considerate not to disturb.Always came on time worked hard and cleaned up after them .Can I finally add their quote was all broken down so there are no hidden extras and it was clear what we were getting.These guys are excellant do yourself a favour hire them you will not be disapointed ..Cheers Kris & Mikael excellant job

Kris carried out full kitchen replacement electrics, gas, water, , fitting of units, removal of wall and plastering / painting. Work started and finished on time and budget. Kris and peter were professional and easy to get on with would definitely use again. Great job!

Kris carried out a full bathroom renovation and installed cupboards and cabinets in our shower room . We were really pleased with the work he did as the results are just what we wanted and we now have a lovely bathrooms in our home . Kris is a pleasure to work with he was flexible with dates and times and carried out his work with minimum intrusion in our family home environment. I would defiantly recommend hiring Kris as he produces good quality work at a fair price and he behaves as a true professional .

Kris and Michael, did an amazing job fitting our new bathroom. It was a complete refit removing the old 1950s bathroom (and very shabby carpet!) and replacing with a traditional style roll top shower bath, toilet, sink, towel rail, floor and wall tiling, window and wood panelling. Restoring it to a Victorian style. They both worked really hard and were always polite. They even cleaned up after themselves each day. There was a little confusion with pricing because some of the panelling had not been included in the original price, but this was sorted out quickly and Kris produced receipts for each item. I would highly recommend their work and will hire them again for a few more jobs I will be looking to have done in the future. Thanks again Kris and Michael.

Kris did an excellent job on our bathroom. Bathroom ripped out and re-fitted. Work included plumbing, tiling, plastering and painting. Kris and his team were very friendly, tidy, and considerate of family home whilst working.

I’m delighted by the work completed by Kris. He responded quickly to my post, came round 2 days later, and provided a competitive quote. Kris and his colleague turned up at the arranged time each day, worked solidly all day, and finished in the evening only when the day’s tasks were completed and the kitchen was cleaned and returned to use. Kris was also qualified to complete the electrical work I needed (as well as the plastering and tiling requested in this job) and so saved me the time and cost of a separate electrician. He also accommodated some last minute changes to the quoted work at a very reasonable cost. The tiling work took slightly longer than the 5 days expected, but Kris worked late on two nights and came round again on the Saturday to complete the job (still for the quoted price). Contractors on previous jobs have cut corners to finish on time, but I was impressed that Kris wouldn’t compromise and took the time needed to complete the work to his high standards. The finished job looks great. The ceiling plastering is flawless, and the tiling is straight, 100% horizontal, and there are no minor flaws that can sometimes catch your eye. This was a large tiling job with 14 sqm of tiles on very old walls; but the finish makes my walls look straight a true. On top of that, Kris comes across as a thoroughly decent guy with a totally professional attitude. I would highly recommend him and will choose him again for any future work I need done on my house.

Kris Koszara of Home Renovations replied to my job posting very quickly. A couple of days after meeting with Kris at the job site, I was given a detailed written ( and very fair) quotation for the work to be done. Kris and his team began the work within two weeks. The job entailed a complete kitchen, laundry room and bathroom renovation, installation of a heating system and ceiling repairs. The job involved extensive plumbing, electrical work, plastering and tiling. I am absolutely delighted with the final result and would highly recommend Kris to family and friends. Kris has been very promt and very professional. We were impressed with the plastering work done and decided him to proceed with full flat refurb including instalation and fitting new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, tiling and painting throughout. After 5 weeks the results were up to the highest standard, flat left clean and tidy. He even managed to do some electric alterations, installed new fusebox and sockets which passed electric inspection of professional electrician without any faults.
