UPVC door lock problem. I'd recommend Carl. He was very flexible about fixing the day and time for the two visits needed, very thoughtful about our security pending doing the job, and we're very happy with his work. He was also polite (immediately asked about whether to remove his shoes) and friendly. And his charge for the work was very fair indeed. I would certainly use him again.

Carl is a complete professional. Communication was excellent, quote given was price paid. Appointment made and arrived exactly on time. And the work was carried out with care and precision. His knowledge of locksmithing is second to none.I can't recommend him enough.

Carl was very polite and informative. Gave a very fair quote and stuck to it. He even looked at another issue and advised on potential work to be done in the future. Carl was able to complete the job (changing 3 locks) quickly and responded quickly. I would happily reccomend and will be using him again.

Very considerate and helpfull

I had a large ancient oak door with a chubb lock which had seized in a locked position. Carl spent ages trying all the methods he knew to get it free but to no avail. He then had to very carefully angle grind through the bolt part of the lock and eventually got it free and fitted a new lock. The problem was caused by the door warping and putting pressure on the lock and I will now need to bring in carpenters to sort that out..but I have a door a can now open! Carl was very patient and very careful with what is an ancient and precious door. He was also very pleasant and respectful. Would recommend
