KY Contacted me immediately on a Sunday, very polite. Explained how I had a leak in boiler, was under a contract plan & called out my insurer who sent engineers first one came fixed leak left but then i had no central heating, next engineer came said they replace something got central heating ,left but then i had no hot water, engineer came again next day fixed hot water but ended up with no cental heating, engineer wrote report sludge in system which meant I was not covered. Ky came out Assess the problem came back with colleague and identified problem isolation valve faulty. I can now go back to insurers with diagnosed problem.
