    Adding a dishwasher and additional outlet
    Extremely unhappy and ripped off! Sent a junior person to install who was talked through. Left a hole in my wall. The fitted incorrectly so had a leak. Then had to get 2 plumbers out to rectify as Ky ignoring me! So now fitting the dishwasher has cost less than the installation. Will be seeking legal advice if money not refunded!

    Leaking internal pipe?
    Ky spoke with confidence, asked for my details so he can email me to be clear on bills (£80+VAT for diagnosis) and I booked for this morning to look at why I have leakage near boiler pipes (no emailed received yet). No attendance, and I was unable to reach Ky until 30 minutes after arranged time. He said he was unable to reach and was looking for his gas engineer - and will send another one if unable to find him. I waited 2hr 10 mins with still no contact from him and no one visited. I text to cancel, which he then only texts back this "Im very sorry my engineer is know where to be seen". I deliberately took leave from work for the morning only to have nothing sorted, and needed to be super proactive to find out what's happening.

    We are very sorry that you feel this way. In fact we are embarrassed and ashamed that we let you down. We texted and phoned you to ask if we could put right what went wrong. We have tried to help as many people during the Covid pandemic and sadly we couldn't get to you in time. Please except our sincere apologies and may we wish you the best in the future.     Hanging new doors
    I had 5 doors fitted by the joiner and the service was amazing. You can tell he is a real perfectionist & professional as everything was done to the highest standard at a very competitive price. 5 doors done in one day. Will use again and definitely recommend

    Leaking pipes in bathroom/ damaging floor
    First impressions were great, quick to answer the phone, professional and thanks to being in the area at the time, visitd on the same day. Bathroom tiles and rotten floor underneath needed ripping out. Then they screeded the floor. Great. Most of work was done while I was in work. Shower with shower trays and around needed silicone seal. I got home one day after Ky updated me that the job has been completed, I was very excited just to find THE WORST SILICONE FINISH ever. White silicone mixed in with all the dust and debris and old silicone, some places not even siliconed. Mess all over the tiles. Not smooth at all. It looked like a 4 year old had done it. Ky offered to rectify the job, but then I had to chase him (after they'd been paid for the job, they were ever so busy..) to come back and EXPLAIN AND SHOW HIM PICTURES HOW I WANT IT TO LOOK!! Even had to tell him there is a smoothening tool for silicone.. after their 3rd attempt on making things right shower still was a mess and it was still leaking... I was accused of tampering with "their work" and according to Ky that was reason why it was leaking again. Left mess behind every time until I pointed it out to them. I don't know whether it was just my luck but I definitely WOULD NOT USE these guys again. Job started early February and early May I was still chasing him about the leak.. When he couldn't be bothered with this job anymore (just as much I couldn't with his attitude) we left things and I found another tradesman

    Hi, it’s Ky from The Manchester Plumbers Ltd and it looks like we let you down. We're completely embarrassed and frustrated over this. We did your job over 12 months ago and only now after 12 months you have chosen to leave us negative feedback. That fact alone means our work must not have been that bad if it took you so long to leave us negative feedback. We never just forget about you and your work we came back eight different times to rectify silicone work that you was not happy with. But it was never right and no matter what we did. In the end we sent photos to your landlord who was more than happy with the work done and that's why we stopped contacting you about the matter. He paid us for the work not you. We also kept it tidy all the time, it would of help if you had moved your dog who attacked our sweeping brush at every opportunity. Anyway that was a long time ago and I'd like to say I wish you the best of health and hope you stay safe during these awful times. Once more we are sorry you felt like this

    Shower cubicle and tray replacement
    This tradesman visited my home, when he realised that I didn’t want my whole shower tiling and fitting but just the enclosure and tray he left saying he would send me some ideas from his enclosure supplier via WhatsApp, I never heard from him again, I guess there was not enough money in it for him to be bothered, he should have just been honest about this, but I knew by his reaction anyway that I wouldn’t hear anything anyway.

    Bathroom pipework
    Didn't turn up quoted me almost double the price I got from checkatrade contractor. I have so I got check a trade on it. I have thank you

    Thanks for the feedback, we are very sorry that you felt that way. All feedback is dealt with seriously it allows us as a company to see what we could do better. However in this instance we feel that you have given negative feedback because we could not get to you to give you a quote even though we spoke to you and told you we where stuck on a emergency call out for an elderly couple with no heating and we could not leave until we knew they would be warm that night to which you agreed was the right thing to do. And if we had to do the same again and risk being given negative feedback so be it an elderly couple being warm is worth more then a negative comment.
