I was satisfied with the completion of the job. They cleared the waste from the garden after i had a new bathroom fitted. It was good value for money and would not hesitate to use their service again.

At first the communication was great. They were very accommodating. Then we arranged a day, I paid a deposit, and they have totally blanked me ever since. Didn't turn up, won't answer calls, texts or emails, refusing to give me back my deposit. Looking at previous reviews, this isn't the first time this has happened either. Very disappointing.

I used Amy and her team at ScrubHub to deal with a rental property following a tenant exit, and the service was excellent throughout. They carried out a full clean, removed a significant amount of rubbish, and even took the initiative to fix a loose tap that had been left in a poor state. Communication was clear, timely, and professional from start to finish, with no chasing required. The property was left in a condition ready to re-let, which removed a great deal of stress at short notice. I would have no hesitation in recommending Amy and ScrubHub to other landlords or property managers.

Amy has been consistently responsive and professional. She cleans the properties thoroughly and pays great attention to detail. We also appreciate her timely updates after each clean, it makes coordination smooth and ensures everything stays on track. Communication is key. Amy was very responsive, not sure what the other reviews are saying, but our experience was excellent. We scheduled the work for the 6th of October, and she arrived as promised. The carpets were heavily stained, and she did a brilliant job getting them clean. We look forward to working with her again on our rental properties. The ScrubHub - definitely recommend!
