Terry and John are genuine guys who want to do their best for you. You won't be disappointed.

Terry was punctual and carried out the work in the timescale quoted when he responded to the job. The work was done to good standard and he left everything cleaned up when he finished, sent an invoice and supplied pictures of the finished work as requested (which is important for me as I live overseas ).

Very professional finnish, job done efficiently, professional to deal with, self sufficient, reasonable price with no hidden costs.

I wanted just a ceiling painted without any marking on the walls and was worried I'd end up having to have the whole room done, but Terry and John were marvellous. They are extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. They even did a bit more than I had asked for, as they obviously place great importance on the end result. I would certainly recommend them and would use them again.

We are very happy with the job Terry and John did for us. They are very professional, accommodating and courteous, we have no hesitation in recommending them and intend to use them again ourselves. We added a few extras at the last minute which Terry was happy to adjust his schedule to accommodate. As well as the excellent paint job, Terry and his team also helped us with a number of other jobs around the house that we threw at them as they went along, no job too big or small, and always with a smile on their faces. Really nice guys as well, first class service.

Terry and John completed a great piece of work for me. They painted and decorated my flat in one week. They fixed the loos and painted the rooms to a top quality. The price quoted was more than acceptable and both Terry and Johns work was above my expectation, they left the flat clean and spotless. Terry (and John?) did a good job painting our entire house. Terry also put up some wall paper for a feature wall - and matched the pattern perfectly! They were also willing to come back and fix any bits we weren't quite happy with. We are pleased with the work that has been carried out in our house.

Disappointed with the work to repair leaks and replaster ceilings, as holes appeared two and five weeks later. Terry came back and repaired the first hole, after firstly denying it was anything to do with his crew (which was very unlikely, as the ceilings had been fine for 7 years before they worked on them) and the second time he became quite angry when I complained, saying that I was ‘threatening’ and ‘harassing’ him, which wasn’t true; I had only emailed him to tell him what had happened asking him to repair the damage. (If I’m “the rudest person he’s ever met”, as he said in his first response to my complaint about the second hole, he’s had a very easy paper round!) We weren’t happy with the tone of his response, and as a result we took the decision not to allow him back onto the property. His crew also left rubble outside and in the recycling bin, which the council would not take away – a builder should always remove their own rubble as part of the job (eventually removed by Terry after we complained). I would have liked to leave a good review, as Terry personally did good work for us last year, but regret that I can’t do so this time.

Really happy with the work. Clean, very timely and all at a good price. Will hire again.
