    Hedge trimming and removal
    Mark turned up on time and got the job done. Did a lovely job of the garden, removing hedges and trees and tidying up other bits. Will be using his services again and definitely recommend him.

    Manhole cover
    Avoid using this company, they are incompetent and untrustworthy. I hired Mark from Temple Tree Care to fit a manhole cover in my front driveway. I was clear that I would be driving my car in and out of the driveway. I'm disappointed to feedback that he bought a cover that wasn't reinforced (80% cheaper than the reinforced cover) and that unsurprisingly gave way after a couple of months. I brought the cover into B&Q to get a second opinion and they informed me that the cover Mark fitted should under no circumstances ever be used on a driveway. I phoned Mark to request a refund and despite agreeing to return my funds this never happened. My usual experiences of this site have been positive but on this occasion I'm sorry to say that I picked out a builder happy to take shortcuts to line his pocket rather than completing the job as requested.

    I went to the customer to have a look at this situation as I did fit the manhole cover and it look like they had drive a heavy vehicle over the manhole cover which caused it to buckle I have never seen such thing I said I could reasonably do it but as it's not my work what has caused this problem and as going to B&Q and asking for a voice they are not qualified tradesmen ?

    Replace drive paving and small amount of fencing
    The work was done well and on time, with the site left perfectly tidy all through the job. Will use again.

    paving repairs

    The problem was a sinking inspection cover and frame in some new paving I'd had done last year. TTC prised the cover off, identified the problem (bad workmanship by the former paving company) and offered a solution which seemed the right course of action. I was impressed by TTC's thoroughness and the neatness of the finish. It was on the pricey side but I believe I got a 'belt and braces' job.

    Stump Removal

    Mark of Temple Tree Care did a great job removing the tree stump in my garden. He was able to start the job at very short notice and completed it quickly and efficiently. Even better, he made good the ground where the stump had been and made sure that the garden was left tidy after he'd finished. I'd definitely recommend and use Mark again not just because of the quality of his work but also because of his friendly and polite attitude.

    He worked hard and did the job properly leaving the site tidy. Punctual and prompt.
