They set us a date and time and Completed all the work in a very tidy mannerism and top quality products ., We were soo fortunate to source this company as the property they worked within was approx 5 hours from were we lived and our trust in them was inevitable . Their professionalism made our overall transition much easier . They even took before & after photos and messaged us whilst completing the job . Tc home improvement responded quickly once I posted job online. Arrangements for free quote were made very quickly and once agreeing on reasonable price the gutter leak repair was carried at the agreed day and time and to my satisfaction. The working area was left clean and tidy and all the rubish were taken away. Guys offered to do other home improvements jobs ,which I may go ahead next year.

Thomas responded to my request quickly and arranged to go and see the problem of my leaking gutter at my rental property. He found the issue straight away and advised me of the necessary work required to fix the problem. I asked him if he could sort it as soon as possible and he did, that same day. He communicated with my tenants very well, completed the work and my tenants have since given me feedback saying all is well and no more cascading water. It is very difficult indeed getting a tradesperson with experience out to do what I call a small job. Thomas did and I'm very happy and will not hesitate to use him again in the future. He also pointed out to me some damage to my tiles that a Council outsource company has done whilst putting up solar panels on the attached property and not overlapping with my tiles causing a 2-3inch gap in-between. I am very happy with this information and pics taken as I've now contacted the Council to sort this problem for me. Thank you Thomas. The job involved replacing joints and realigning the leaking and bowed guttering which has difficult access due to being above a conservatory. The team were able to complete the job to a high standard and were friendly and efficient whilst doing so. The problems are now sorted and I would be happy to use Thomas and his team again. Thanks.

Job completed within reasonable time having regard to weather conditions. Good communications about arrangements and pleasant interaction. Work carried out satisfactorily.

First the Job: Replacement of Fascias, Soffits and Guttering on an 1950's ex council house in Percy Main, North Shields. Thomas the lead hand turned up on time looked at the work required, did not try to sell me anymore than what was asked for. A likeable young Irish lad who listened and gave a quote immediately (with a 10% discount for pensioners), not the cheapest quote, but go cheap you end up with cheap workmanship. Thomas and his crew of 3 arrived promptly at 14:00 as arranged and they had removed a really bad job left by another contractor who left us with uneven guttering, badly fitted pipes, soffits and had damaged the neighbours guttering (Thanks for nothing Peter Bayliss of GRP Roofing, North Shields or is it North East Home Improvements) and installed brand new Fascias, Soffits and Guttering to the rear of the property. The work was completed within 4 hours, I don't care what anyone says that is really impressive. The positive thing about Thomas and his crew is that they are young and really well skilled, they didn't dawdle completed it without interruptions. Thomas refused payment for a job until it is complete and is to the customers satisfaction which showed his confidence in his crew and their capabilities. They did a fantastic job cleaned up after themselves, but they do not sweep up sorry but you can't have it all at their prices. Would I recommend TC Home Improvements? YES I would totally delighted with their workmanship and professionalism
