Ken has completed the instillation of 3 dormers for us. His workmanship and professionalism is second to none. Kens team cleaned up every night, cleared,away all rubbish. When bad weather extended the job ken made sure work was done as quick as possible and in the interim we were fully water tight. He was committed on price and we are overthe moon with the result.We will use ken again for more work that we need doing.

Ken Tate has just finished replacing the leaky flat roof on my porch with a new tiled roof. All my requirements have been met in full and I am very pleased indeed with the result. The workmanship is completely professional and the project has been executed to a very high standard. The new roof adds value to the house and it will last for decades. The cost was reasonable, and I regard the modest outlay as an investment. Ken was punctual. He kept his promises. He worked hard. He was meticulous in his attention to detail. When he had finished, he cleaned away every scrap of detritus and vacuumed up the dust. He and his assistant were very pleasant to deal with. Ken and his team stripped and re-roofed my property. I didn't know that you now had to have the Council's permission for a new roof now and Ken pointed me in the right direction. . He was more than happy to answer questions. When he started the job he kept me informed of all developments. When the roof was finished the Inspector came to see it and said he could not see a thing wrong. and said that the quality of man's work was as good as he had seen. I was obviously delighted. I stood back and looked at it and it has made the property alive. His costings were very reasonable. He gave us a guarantee for 20 years. We were so pleased with it that I got him to price a porch for me and we accepted it. It is beautiful. He is very talented in neat finishes. I am extremely happy with the work done - the man himself is a gentleman all the way. Nothing was any problem. There was nothing I could find fault with. I would recommend him to anyone.

Ken has done various roofing jobs for us, the most recent being removing the chimney and he roofed over it. He is professional, standard of his work is very high, reliable, trustworthy.
