Small wall rendering
(Updated on 26 Mar 2024)Turned up on day 1 when he should have done but after that he was always later than originally said.
Let us down twice, the last time was 2 minutes before his arrival time and blamed not having the right equipment yet he knew what was needed.
he wanted to paint externally in the rain and couldn’t understand why we kept saying no when rain was due.
Ended up asking him not to return as he kept letting us down so we now have a part finished job which he’s been paid 50% for.
Answer from tradesperson:
I can't always be exactly on time I had to pick materials up / traffic e.t.c.i didn't want to paint outside obviously when it's raining I came when it was dry but in the night/ early hours it must have rained.i thought it would have dried by then was trying to get the job done and also did a deal to do it cheaper than it should have Been I asked for some money on the second day as I'd payed out on materials also.im now out of pocket on the job.ive had problems with my vans lately also but I'm sorry for letting down at last minute and my mother had a fall so was concerned about her and she was in hospital.anyway sorry couldn't finish job off.i can't help bad weather either.
