I hired Superior windows to fit 3 windows and patio door in my house, the quote was very reasonable. Shortly after my meeting with Joe we exchanged the contracts and agreed the date for the fitting. However we needed to reschedule as Joe fallen ill and was unable to work. Two days later 2 tradesman arrived, they were very efficient and confident in their work, they clean after themselves. The job was done within 7 hours, i was very impressed.

I'd recommend Joe and his team. They replaced all our windows, two front doors and repaired a flat roof, all in a decent time, keeping us informed of progress as they went along. They arrived promptly each day, were friendly and worked throughout the day, and were very good at helping us keep our inquisitive house cats out of the way!

Joe was quick to respond, coming around to look at the job, giving us an estimate and also fitting around my work schedule. He provided a competitive quote, which we accepted. He was always clear and informative and did a very clean and efficient job, again working around a time frame that worked for us too. The finished job, although only 1 window, was exactly as required. I would have no hesitation in contacting him again for future work.

Joe gave us a competitive quote for the work, and could complete it promptly. The work was carried out within the time he estimated and at the price agreed to a very high standard. We would recommend Joe to others, and have subsequently hired him to fit a number of windows in another property, which have again been completed to a high standard.

Joe turned up when he said he would (always a bonus!) and talked through the options with me without any hard sell. He was very pleasant to work with and kept me updated as to the progress of the order. The windows look great and the finish is good. The price was also very favourable and I would look to use Superior Windows again for future projects.

Joe was the first double glazier I saw out of 6, he gave the 2nd cheapest quote but He seemed like someone I could trust. Joe and his team replaced 14 windows(3 bays included). They arrived on time each day and started working straight away. They cleared up internally at the end of the day and externally at the end of the job. The level of communication Joe gave was second to none. My windows look beautiful and the fact that it was entirely stress free has added to the beauty. I will of course be recommending Joe and his team to anyone who will listen.
