Prompt, professional, cheaper than any other quotes I was given(I got approx 10 quotes in total). Joe and his team did an excellent job in replacing my old single glazed windows to superior quality rosewood double glazing UPVC windows. The new windows were installed on the day agreed, and the whole process (one triple window, one double, two single) took less than 5 hours to complete. Joe's team were very careful not to damage any walls around the window frames, and no mess was caused around the flat. Joe also guaranteed that they would notify the local building regulations authority and that I would get a certificate of compliance. They even gave me the option to pay by credit card which was an added bonus! And a very pleasant tradesman to work with. Highly recommended throughout.

Really pleased with every aspect of dealing with Joe and Superior Windows and doors. He came around quickly and gave a quote without any sense of pressure to go through with the work. The price was fair, the work was exceptional. He and his team covered the floors first thing they arrived and left everything at least as clean and tidy as they found it. Joe and his team did a fantastic job in replacing both our back doors, both of which required some brick work changes. They arrived promptly on the day, were polite, and informative of the work progress throughout. We are very pleased with the high quality result at a reasonable price - we will be sure to recommend and use them again.

Having asked Joe and his team to fit a security door to the rear of our rental property, he was very accommodating and completed the job to a very high standard at a very reasonable price and he was able to complete it within a tight deadline. All of the old door and frame with all mess was removed. I wasn't able to be at the property at any stage, but I was happy to leave them to it and I wasn't disappointed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will certainly ask him again in future.

Fantastic - Very pleased with the results! Joe is professional, polite, personable, and knowledgeable. I'd had large window companies out - sales people basically trying to bamboozle me with sales talk. Joe is a tradesman, NOT a salesman. I felt comfortable with his approach, he offered advise, clearly knowing what he is talking about, not like the 'salesmen' I'd previously encountered. We've had 3 beautiful UPVC sash windows fitted along with French doors and 3 casement windows. The price was reasonable, the guys that work with Joe were courteous, clean and professional. The job has been completed quickly and to exceptional standard. I couldn't be happier with the results, and I know if we encountered any problems in the future, Joe will be more than happy to come and remedy, he's a straight up guy. I've been lucky with my trades, Superior Windows kept the ball rolling, would highly recommend.
