I would highly recommend Anthony, his work was exceptional. Weve had 5 tradesmen look at our conservatory roof who have tried to say we need a replacement as it can’t be fixed. Anthony was able to identify the problem within minutes and resolve our issue for a very reasonable price, not to mention saving us in excess of thousands for a replacement roof. He also resealed x 6 of our windows and replaced our window cills in the conservatory, all of which were done to a brilliant standard. Anthony noticed our doors weren’t locking correctly on the conservatory so fixed them without charging us a penny. We’ve found it hard to come by an honest tradesman, we’re so glad we found Anthony!! I would not recommend this tradesperson. This is the 3rd job he’s done for me - work has previously been of good quality and even did a couple do extra jobs and didn’t charge any more even when asked. Sadly on this occasion the window ledge didn’t go well. Firstly it was delayed due to not being given the right size from the building merchant (although he did come to a separate job in my conservatory to a very good standard on this visit), then he cancelled the follow up due to a personal issue. When he came and fitted it the quality of materials was not good - it was incredibly scratched and damaged, clearly he didn’t check before fitting it. When I pointed this out to him he made me feel incredibly uncomfortable in my own home, it was clear he didn’t want to correct it even though he could see the damaged state it was in. His offer was to let me have it ‘for free’ despite the fact I’d already paid for it on his previous visit. In fairness he did text me to apologise for how he reacted later that day but it shouldn’t of ever been needed - not good. He did agree to replace it and that he’d be in contact when I was back from holiday, he didn’t get back in contact and given his initial attitude I went with another trader - effectively paying double for the job. No refund was offered. In summary I’ve used Anthony numerous times before and he’s been helpful and work was to a good standard, this time however, really not a good experience.

Arrived on time. Sent me a message to let me know he was on the way. Job completed to my satisfaction. Very clean and tidy and explained to me everything he did. He was also very polite and courteous. Will hire him again
