Great work by Lawerence. Came and quoted and agreed time. Agreed on the job and completed it at the agreed time. Would highly recommend Lawrence fantastic work ethic nothing was too much trouble for him.

Lawrence was quick to respond to leaking flat roof. He took photos and explained what the problem was with the chimney. However the chimney belong to a neighbour and they had it repaired. I would definitely recommend Lawrence he explained everything in a way I could understand and gave what I thought was a very fair quote to do two different jobs on the roof and gave pros and cons for each method. Lawrence came round and provided a free quote and took pictures of the roof showing where the issues were. He also explained the cause of the issues and how to remedy them. Lawrence provided a sheet of work (carbon copied) and ticked the required repairs\work that needed to be done and wrote the cost and there was no pressure to commit having the work done. On the day of the work Lawrence was flexible working round us having to go out and didn't require drinks as they had their own. Pictures were taken of the work they had performed as well as again explaining what work was done and also did extra fixes they noticed needed doing at no extra cost. At the end he authorised completion and receipt with a promise to forward photos for my files. If I ever needed work performing on a roof again I wouldn't hesitate to use Lawrence again.

Very quick and efficient. Managed to get the job for a reasonable price with a bit of bartering, and came straight away on same day to complete job. Very happy over all.

Lawrence contracted me via check a trade offering to come out for advice and to quote. He arrived on time with good advice and soon started the job after materials had been ordered. His team were at my house most of the day. Lawrence took the time to show me what his team were doing and explained why. Made an excellent job of replacing my timber gutters and cleaned away all the debris on completion. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service rang him at 10.45 for quote he was at property within hour and half checked what needed doing gave excellent quote didn't try to add more work that was needed. Showed me photos of damage to roof to proof what needed doing started work straight away all repaired now thank you.

They finished the job without showing me pictures on the flat roof. Do not know if the job was done properly. They charged me £650 for about three hours job. I don’t know if it is a reasonable price. They left without giving me a receipt or copy of invoice.

I had a response from Lawrence within an hour of posting the job on ‘my builder.com’. Lawrence came the next day and provided me with a free quote after taking pictures and explaining exactly what needed doing. After agreeing to go ahead Lawrence got on with the job within a couple of hours so all complete within 24 hours of enquiring. Again everything was explained with photographs also!! Lawrence has also offered to return next time he’s in the area with a roof tile he noticed was missing whilst he was doing the other repair! Very happy with the service all round thank you!

Speedy quote, good price. Did the job at the weekend as it was quite urgent. Took pictures before and after, told us what was wrong and what was OK. Can't fault the service, no problem recommending.
