I am thoroughly impressed with the experience. They are very professional and thorough. They didn't make any fuss about the height or awkward working position, just brought their ladder and got on with the job to keep the costs down for me. Now I have the best looking cills in my entire neighbourhood. Thank you very much. I'll definitely turn to them again.

Hertstone were prompt, polite and did an excellent job re-pointing a large garden wall, rebuilding a loose section. I would happily use again.

On time, completed within a few hours. Prevented dust from getting in to house by sealing up door. The only down side is that the window has been fitted slightly squint and the window does not open fully (prevented by the vent). I had to instruct another builder to straighten window and make inner skin bigger to allow window to open fully. I have not given negative feedback as the job overall was reasonable although rushed and not enough care was taken to fit the window square and to check it opened fully.

Work carried out in a timely fashion and to agreed price. Pleasant and courteous manner.
