Just not impressed in the slightest the pipework all under the bath looks like something out of a cruise ship boiler room. Had a leak on my bath water waste for 3 days (fixed with silicone) nothing has been squared off. My cat pushed the bath panel trying to get in under the bath (big adventure for a cat) and the whole panel moved inwards leaving it all looking unfinished and bodged. I had 3 toilets in cause Darren could not get the waste to go away properly without leaking. Darren instructed the sparky he came out and fitted my extractor fan as part of the £2600 pounds I paid for the work to be carried out (plus an extra £500 for tiles) I had a full on argument with Darren over them accepting responsibility for this as the moister from the fan was going directly into the loft space they tried fobbing me off saying it was going into the eves of the property. I have a pitched roof so the whole of my roof is part of the 1st floor so it was an outright lie I was being told. They did however refund £85 pounds to get a professional roofer in that was big of them. It cost £280 for my builder them to fix that. Oh also once they was a good few days into the job I was informed we don't take away the rubbish. Another £132 quid for a skip!!! I only wish I could leave photos on here. By this stage you can imagine I'm fuming and just about ready to blow up I just wanted them out of my house.

Lovely pair of lads, easy to work with and always take the time to discuss the job with you as they go along to ensure both sides are happy. Good quality finish to a very tricky area I had tiled, with lots of angles and awkward spots to negotiate around, extremely happy with the results and I have already got other areas measured up for more work I would like them to do for me. You know when you are looking for tradesmen you can trust - well I found them!! Highly recommended. Well done lads!

Arrived on time and did a superb job. Even came back and fixed a leak (which was nothing to do with their work) and didn't charge me :) I have already booked them to do more work. Great lads, great service and great prices!

Arrived on time and on date agreed. Worked half of first day on tiles, 2nd day finished tiles and half plumbed in bathroom suite but didn't secure sink and toilet. Came following week to secure them only to break toilet and claim it was already broken when it had been perfectly fine all over weekend. I bought a new one and he wanted more money to fit the replacement. Would not have him return. Paid full 2 days plus payment for 'extra' parts he needed but didn't leave receipts for, he only worked 1.5 days.

Gave accurate info on times/prices etc, very efficient, very pleasant and work completed to my satisfaction. I would recommend

I am very happy with the quality of work. Darren is really helpful and trustworthy, I plan to have further work done by this small company. The charge for job was reasonable - Darren would give a cost breakdown on my request, we all like to know what we are getting for our money. So far I recommend this company.

These guys did a very nice job, Darren was very knowledgable, and offered us some good alternatives to our request. He knows what he is talking about this guy, the work was completed as per our quote. Professional service, friendly, willing to guide and help you get what you want done. So impressed have asked him to look at doing the bathroom. Thanks guys.

Job completed to high standards, nice enough lads. A little miss communication towards the end, however was resolved. Would reccomend.
