    Painter required this week

    Excellent painter. Steve arrived on time both days and did an amazing job. I'm meticulous and fussy and he met and indeed exceeded my expectations. He communicates well and tidied up each day once he had finished. He not only did my painting but fixed my broken blinds free of charge off his own back. I would not hesitate recommending him. He's a consummate professional. If I ever need painting done again he will definitely be my first call.

    Replace existing wood door/frame with UPVC equivalent
    Steve got in touch soon after posting the ad, came along to the house measured up and gave me a competitive quote. The door was ordered and installed within a week and I'm very pleased with the job that Steve did. I'll certainly be asking him back in the future for other jobs. A really nice guy and someone who'd go the extra mile to make the customer happy.

    3 rooms painted in Finsbury Park

    Steve did a a great job painting my whole flat, he even finished several days before deadline which is a great bonus. He is further a nice guy and gives competitive prices. I do highly recommend Steve.

    carpenter/flooring

    I told him I didn't have doorbars before the job and he agreed to do it and then refused on the day with the excuse that I had no door bars. I am very upset as I moved heavy furniture around and upset my cats to prepare for the big flooring day.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    Very sorry that the work was not done on the day but to finish the job to the standard I require I said we needed the door bars for the five rooms adjoining the hallway that I was meant to be laying so I asked the client to order them and I would return to lay the floor and finish it I did explain this so any one who as dealt with me before will fully understand I keep my promise as for negative feedback when I have not even got my tools out I seriously believe the client is upset with her circumstances but took this out on me or whoever turns up to lay the floor

    Stephen did a great job papering our bedroom, he was flexible about the time and gave us a good rate.

    Reception room 4.32m x 3.94m
    Stephen did a wonderful job in our reception room. Each floor board was laid perfectly. After an initial hiccup from my side, Stephen showed true class and patience by helping me find the right tools at B&Q. He's sincere and fair in his approach and provided a service tailored to my requirements at a very competitive price. He even came back a week later for some final touch ups. Top man to have a conversation going yet very professional. I highly recommend him for any type of work under his expertise. Keep up the good work Stephen.

    Fit window
    Great job. Highly recommended. A skilled tradesman and a really nice guy. Stephen supplied and fitted the window at a competitive price and it only took him 2 hours. Will use Stephen again for other work. Thanks mate.
