We have been delighted with Steve right from my our initial enquiry which he replied straight away to. His communication throughout has been timely and he has always been very clear with information.
Steve came to see the job and gave us choices and his advice covering all the options we had; he knows products inside out. He is incredibly busy, always a good sign, and said he would fit our job in-between others when he could, as soon as he had the chance. I didn't have to contact him, he kept me posted and he was 100% reliable.
The actual job was completed to a perfect standard and he tidied up a couple of other small things that the previous installers had left unfinished (10 years ago when the house was new). There was no evidence, apart from the new carousel, that Steve had been here - he was very tidy throughout and left the kitchen immaculate.
Steve's price was very good, he offers great value for money. He clearly takes pride in his work and importantly, he is a decent bloke that you can chat to. He will be our first port of call when we need something else (and we discussed the next job before he left!).
I would recommend Steve without reservation. Very glad that I found the mybuilder.com site and previous feedback left for Steve was accurate.
He is one of those tradespeople that you wish you could find but are like hens teeth - genuine and trustworthy led by making sure his customers are happy. He has a well deserved positive reputation. Thank you.
