My 82 Year Old disabled mother needed a wet room installed at her property in Runcorn. Unfortunately we hired what turned out to be a total cowboy who came recommended. A weeks job turned into 5 weeks and we ended up sacking him.
Placed the advert on MyBuilder and Steve Gow from Pro-Fit Bathrooms came round and provided a quotation for the works, and was subsequently appointed. Due to the urgency of the work, Steve shuffled projects around and work started within 2 weeks. The fitters came when they said and started off by ripping out all works carried out by the previous cowboy. This included repairs to floor joists that had been cut out by the cowboy. Work required a complete wet room installation, which was done correctly with quality materials, radiators repositioned and replacement heated towel rail installed, walls tiled throughout and new lighting and extractor.
Scott from Pro-Fit fitters were extremely professional throughout, from turning up early, working throughout the day and getting on with the job. The standard of the work is outstanding and the wet room was finished in a timely manner and I now have one extremely happy 82 year old mother.
Would I use them again 100%. Would I recommend them to others 100%.
There are clearly a lot of cowboys out there and we unfortunately used one initially, who failed to turn up, lied and failed to deliver. Steve & Pro-Fit team do not fall into this bracket and we cannot thank them enough
