This is the third time that I let Steve do my home improvement. Again I am happy with his done.
Steve built a conservatory for me. He scheduled the project timely, and finished it in three days, two for brick base, and one for the rest glass work. This is a very important reason for me to keep hiring him, because I hate the unreasonable delays. He has a very clear mind on what to do , when to do and how to do. It thus saves my time. During the project, he was very polite to ask my opinion if something may affect the other part of the house, which shows his care on my property. He promised his quote, didn't change the price and even offered me a free upgrade in the material. He is leading a strong team, people are skillful.
Nobody is perfect, while I praise Steve I wouldn't avoid mentioning problems. I hope this writing to be a reliable feedback. The work left some undos, e.g, window board, rainpipe, some brickworks. Steve outsourced the work to another builder who was working in my house in the same time. But the builder didn't do the work. Fairly speaking, it is not Steve's fault. That builder was hired by me, Steve didn't know him before. It reflects that there are so many unreliable builders in the market. Hopefully we all give true feedbacks to rank the builder.
