OK - so Steve came out and quoted an amazing price and we had him booked to come out today. I had three questions in my mind: 1. Would he turn up as promised on a Bank Holiday Monday to fit 9 windows and a door? 2. Would it really be the amazing price he quoted or would he find 'extra' pieces to do? 3. Would it be a dodgy job?
Answers: 1. Steven and George turned up at around 7.40 (said they'd be there around 8). They didn't knock or make a sound, they waited patiently for us to see them and open up - amazing considering it is Bank Holiday Monday.
2. Price quoted - phenomenally good value - vastly cheaper than any others. The cost was exactly as he quoted, so cheap in fact that we paid a little extra (he didn't ask - we were so impressed we wanted to)
3. Quality of job - one of the best we have seen or experienced.
Steve, George and Alan were completely done, cleared up, washed windows, and gone by 2pm. We are so pleased with the job we've already passed on the name and number to other people and will definitely be using Steve and his team again.
Huge thanks to all three of them for an incredible job - cannot express how pleased we are with what has been achieved. Highly, highly recommended if you need any work done, as these guys will do a fantastic job and an incredible price!
