Stephen assessed the job straight away. He drained the Radiator and installed a new valve to fix the leak. He then went around the house and bled all the radiators and checked the boiler pressure was good before leaving. A Great tradesman.

The job was done. However, as I needed to arrange for another job, I asked on the day and texted to confirm the next day to find out if Stephen has time, no reply until 2 weeks later. I am still waiting for the invoice for the first job which I have texted twice already.
