Stephen should add 'swift' to Stephens Solutions. Stephen attended the job within two hours of notification on MyBuilder.com and replaced the bathroom sink tap cartridge as required. For good measure, he replaced the adjacent cartridge as well. This saved the hassle of new taps, fitting, etc. He also provided advice on whether there was a possible issue with my Boiler. Moreover, I liked Stephen's calm and pleasant manner when we discussed the job. As a Customer, I felt I was being treated fairly and reasonably, which is key in this sector. Therefore, it is without hesitation that I recommend Stephen for other plumbing jobs.

It took 3 attempts to get him to come to the house but when he did he was able to fix the problem that same day.

Very nice guy is Stephen. Worked very hard to sort out some damp issues in my bathroom. Not an easy job and he stayed her till late to do his very best to sort it out. Honest and hardworking guy. I would recommend him.

This firm was the first to reply to my request for a quote. As the job was urgent, I didn't have time to ask for a written quote, so asked him to do it right away, which he did. I expect it was a bit more expensive because it was a Saturday evening, but I am satisfied with the work done.
