    Leaking cistern
    Slightly expensive to tighten the nut.

    Answer from tradesperson:

    A price was agreed before works was carried out.There was abit more involved than tightening a nut. There was no washer in between nut and pipe so water had to be drained down, the internal syphon removed and a washer placed in between nut and pipe. Then filled up and tested. I was there for easily 1 1/2 hours and charged £60 total. This was a very reasonable price to charge but customer must feel as if it was abit expensive because he said he could have easily done it himself but didn’t have the right gadget!

    Urgent - Toilet not flushing & shower has no cold water
    Stephen responded swiftly to my urgent message, came over provided a quote and completed the job within 4hours. He was quick, efficient and I was happy with the work.

    Blocked down pipe possibly with cement
    We contacted Steve in the evening who managed to come round that same night who managed to take out the rubble left by our builders from the blocked drain - not a nice job! We were able to shower and use the toilet! Well done Steve.

    Replace Shower Pump
    The nicest man you could ever ask for and did an incredible job. He went above and beyond to rework pipes, change fittings and also deal with additional complexities. He also came out very late at night to make sure that we had a working shower for the morning. I honestly cannot recommend him enough. We would 1,000,000% use him again for anything else plumbing related!

    Install new washing machine
    Stephen do a really neat job installing my new washing machine, running the pipes behind fitted dish washer. Would definitely recommend.

    Leaking pipe and two other jobs
    Stephen is fantastic - he really cares about doing a great job. He has done a few jobs to us from a leaky pipe, smelly drain, leaking ceiling.. he called us the next day to check everything is satisfactory. Really recommend.

    Fix leak/Install new kitchen tap + Repair toilet flush
    Very helpful and friendly. Did a great job fixing and installing new kitchen mixer, and repairing toilet flush.
