    Leaking pipe under kitchen sink

    Kitchen sink drips slowly

    Stephen fixed a leaking kitchen tap, which needed to have both cartridges replaced. Excellent work and very friendly. Would recommend.

    Removal & installation of radiators

    Stephen was quick to respond and was flexible re. when he could do the work. We had some other electrical issues and he was quick to recommend an electrician who was also brilliant. The job was done quickly and without mess, he was also very personable. Would 100% recommend

    Urgent shower repair or replace

    Stephen did as promised and replaced the shower unit. All within the original agreed budget.Good communication and happy to deal with agents and tenant directly.

    Leaking hose pipe from washing machine to main.

    Didn’t know till later that I’ve used Stephen before (and was very happy then too). He came immediately at 11pm, he found the problem (a burst water pipe) and fixed the problem. Would highly recommend him. His price is reasonable and his work is very thorough.

    Mixer tap threading gone

    Stephen got back to me within minutes and fixed my tap for 80 the same night including parts. He was a nice man and I would hire him again if needed.

    Replace Salamander shower pump like for like

    Stephen really saved the day and installed a new shower pump, communicating well with my tenants. Highly recommended and I will be using him again for sure.
