Let’s start with the positives. Stephen went in on a Sunday evening and worked very long hours except he didn’t solve the issues. He explained to me he could not find mains stopcock and therefore could not fix the shower problem. To be honest my previous plumber couldn’t find it either so I can’t blame him. However he still charge me the fee for the shower which my tenant said had made no difference. he did help with the drain outside and I need to check with the tenant whether that has made any difference. The biggest complaint I have is he never sent me the invoice but he promised me multiple times that he would and ask me to pay him first. He sounds extremely nice on the phone except he doesn’t quite deliver his words. At the end I had to send my own plumber (who works on my house and lives a bit far and doesn’t usually have last minute availability)and it took him 5 minutes to find the stopcock and another 10 minutes to fix shower. Why is competent plumber so hard to come by?!
Stephens did a brilliant job. He fixed my radiatorwhich wasn't working and flushed my radiators. I'd previously got someone to do the job, which simply collected my money and refused to return when informed that my radiator was still not working. It's great to gave an honest worker who made the job look easy. Thanks Stephen.
