Stephen was responsive, arrived exactly as promised, and worked hard to solve the challenge with our ejector pump. The job proved more complicated and took longer than initially thought, but Stephen was dedicated to getting it done and getting it done right. He stayed as long as it took, and in the end, fixed everything brilliantly. He refused to take any more money than he had quoted, despite all the extra time and effort. He was friendly, took the time to explain things, and was a pleasure to work with.
