Hello Lloyd We scheduled to quote you to which you changed the date, I then quoted you unto which you were going to get back to me once you had some more prices in for the work You then messaged and I booked you in for the work , you messaged a couple of days later to cancel as you had another company coming to quote you You messaged me back weeks later for the best price I can provide as you had more quotes to which I helped out and then you declined anyway and you would be in touch again, You messaged asking how long it would take me to book you in and my best price again , I booked you in and gave a detailed description of the work we were doing Unfortunately we were broken in to and had tools and vehicles stolen , I told you which you proceeded to reply “Got someone more reliable now” to which we apologised for matters out of our hands as we couldn’t complete the work on the set date but we agreed to come back at a later date once we were back up and running to which you didn’t reply You then messaged 2 weeks ago asking “ are we back working again ?” I told you yes we are but it will be at least 3-4 weeks before we start , to which you didn’t even reply and I don’t understand why you would ask that if you “ Had someone more reliable now “ I don’t understand why you haven’t contacted to discuss this matter instead of discrediting our company stating that we “Didn’t Turn Up” Regards , Stately Tree Gardening & Landscaping LTD
